Studio

Working in a mountainside studio surrounded by gardens that cascade down to a lake, or in my New York City studio in Chelsea, I begin by transforming textures and forms that describe the forces of nature and the evolution of time.

Inspiration may derive from a singular experience:
by the vast expanse of sky or the brilliance of pea-green fungus that grows on tree bark.
