Incheon Harbor (S. Korea) is  the beach that allied troops entered during a massive receding tide of the Korean War. The title of my work is Flags Of The Spirit.  The flags were reams of corregated paper imprinted with footprints of the American marines on the sandy beach.

The installation fills an entire room from the ceiling and is woven with rolls of eastern and western newspapers and paper covered barbed wire resembling tides.
